Work driving you batty? Try these 5 stress reducing tips!

Boss driving you nuts?   Annoying coworker causing your stress to go thru the roof?  We can all relate!   As a Life Coach I talk to people everyday about how to remain calm while at work and how to keep their cool.    While slapping someone is very effective, it is also highly frowned upon in the business world!  So try these great tips instead! 1.  Crystals/Worry Stones.   Crystals are amazing tools when it comes to a variety of ailments.   To use for anxiety in the workplace simply keep a crystal on your desk or in your pocket.  When things become stressful put the stone in your hand and rub with your thumb.   While rubbing the crystal take slow, deep breaths.   Repeat this as often as you need.    This is a great tool during meetings as well because you can easily do this without being noticed! An Enlightened Cracker with Cheese :) For many years I have wondered what the purpose of my life was meant to be.   And it wasn't until the last few years that it has become very obvious to me.   Let me tell you the story.   Be forewarned, I am not an author.  I will make typos, I will say stupid things.   I will be cheesy!  I was raised in a very conservative family.  My grandpa was a diehard Cubs fan and a die hard Republican.   While the rest of my family didn't really discuss politics as much, most of our values and beliefs we were taught leaned toward the right.   Of course I did not really even think about this until I was in my late 20s or early 30s, when I met my husband at the time.   He was more political.  However, he was also Republican, so while I learned more about politics and thinking about such things, I still only new the "right side" of the story.     I was in this blissful lit...
